Add Guest Users
Use the Guest option to register guest users yourself. This is useful for registering VIP guests or loyalty scheme guests. Guests that you add do not need to register before using your WiFi portal.
Choose to add guest users individually or upload an CSV file to add guest users in bulk.
Guests that you add are listed in the Add Guest screen with a summary of details:

ID |
Each guest user is allocated a unique ID number. This is generated when they first register with your WiFi portal. |

The guest user's email address. See Email a guest user if you want to contact a guest user directly from MyAirangel. |
Name |
The guest user's name. |
The Media Access Control address identifying the network adapter being used by the guest user's device. |

Updated |
The last date and time any of the guest user's details were updated. |
Actions |
Click on the buttons to: Access guest user details. Reset passwords, review usage transactions, block devices and export user details from here. View the guest user's portal access transactions. Review current and expired access to your WiFi portal. |
To add a guest user, follow the steps below:
1. Select Create from the left hand menu and click Guest.
The Add Guest screen is displayed, the Package tab is open for you.
2. Use the drop down list to select a Package for the new guest user.
3. Either:
Use the Details tab to add an individual guest user. Complete the name and password fields available. On screen tips are provided.

Select the Upload CSV tab to add a guest users in bulk. Drag and drop an CSV file from your desktop and click . Click here to see an example of the information needed in the CSV file.
4. Select the Finish tab and click Create!
The guest user is listed in the Add Guest screen.
