Change the status of an existing Package

WiFi packages can be marked as 'Active' or 'Inactive'. Only packages marked 'Active' can be used and have vouchers listed.

To change the status of an existing package, follow the steps below:

1.  Select Manage from the left hand menu and click Packages.

The Packages screen is displayed.

2.  Select the View packages tab and use the navigation tools to locate the package that you want to change.

3.  In your selected package either:

Click to disable an active package. Disabled packages cannot be used or have vouchers linked to them.

-or-

Click to enable an inactive package.

Changes are saved automatically.
