How to use this viewer

This viewer provides navigation tools which includes a table of contents, index, word search and glossary of terms, so you can find the information you require quickly and easily.

The location and layout of the screen varies according to the device you are using.

The navigation tools are found in the following tabs/buttons:

Tab/Button

Explanation

Folder icons open to reveal topic entries and sub-folders. As you move through the Help Centre, the contents tracks the different topics that you access. This orients you within the Help Centre, and lets you see other relevant topics at a glance.

Provides an alphabetical list of the subjects covered in the Help Centre. To move through the index, either type a word or scroll through the list. Click an entry to navigate to the related topic or topics.

Lets you search for occurrences of a word or words. Type the words you want to search for and press Enter. The topics that contain these words are listed. Click on a topic name to jump to it.

Displays a list of common terms and their meanings.

Click to return to the home screen. This button is not available on tablets; click MyAirangel Help Centre to return to the home screen

Moving through topics

You can move quickly through topics previously displayed by using your web browser's Back and Forward buttons, or right-clicking on a topic and selecting either Back to display the last topic you visited or Forward to display the next topic in a previously displayed sequence of topics.

Drop down images

Click to display an image hidden within a topic. Click to hide the image.
